Northwest Children’s Theater is thrilled to announce the world premiere of Blue Marigold, a captivating new play by Mabelle Reynoso, running for six performances only in the Black Box at The Judy from October 12-27.
Blue Marigold follows the journey of Sammy Flores, a teenager struggling to adapt to her new home, new school, and a mother who seems to misunderstand her at every turn. But when Sammy discovers her secret superpower from Mictlan (Land of the Dead), everything changes. Blending elements of mystery, action thriller, and high school drama, Blue Marigold reminds us that with great power comes great responsibility.Media
