Kid’s Co. NW 2008 Reunion

Teens NW

The NWCT troupes are comprised of advanced students of different ages, chosen by audition.

Kid’s Company NW (ages 10-14)

This troupe performs at schools, retirement facilities, libraries, events and private parties. In addition, they have performed in plays such as How top Eat like a Child, Free to be...you and me and Redwall: The Legend of Redwall Abbey, on the NWCT mainstage. They present two lively musical shows each season. Directed by Drammy winner Kelly Stewart and Education Director Carolyn Newsom, Kid’s Company NW has 33 holiday performances this season!

Kid’s Co. NW 2008 Reunion

Kid’s Co. NW members past and present, save July 25-27, 2008 for a terrific theater reunion. Watch old shows, sing old songs and see what old friends have been up to. The reunion with culminate with a Sunday evening show to spotlight the talent and charisma that have made Kid’s Co. so popular these past fifteen years. Watch for Kid’s Co. Reunion on MYSPACE. Teens NW (ages 14-18)

Teens NW offers a positive and varied focus for talented NW teens. They have been featured in NWCT’s second stage productions, provided pre-show performances in the lobby, and premiered two original works “The Most Beautiful Bird in the World,” and “The Emperor's Nightingale”. This creative group has also written their own revealing performance piece, “Teenager.” The projects change each year and are chosen to complement the talents the group. It is important for young actors to have many opportunities to perform. They need to stay in training just as athletes do. These troupes offer a unique performance experience. Plus, they have the inner reward of sharing their talents with the community. They are truly NWCT's ambassadors.
