Birthday Party Packages at NWCT!
NWCT is the perfect place to host a one-of-a-kind birthday party for kids of any age. Partygoers and the guest of honor will celebrate in a private party room before an NWCT mainstage performance.
An NWCT Birthday Party Package includes:
- Private party room rental for one hour before the show
- Show tickets for every party guest (adult and youth)
- An autographed show poster for the birthday child
- Birthday crown or tiara
- Gourmet birthday cupcakes from Saint Cupcake (one per party guest)
- Complimentary sparkling cider
- Balloon bouquet from Lippman's Party Supply (plus one per party guest)
- "Happy Birthday" song from stage before the show
- Plates, cups, utensils, napkins and candles
Party packages start at $350 for ten guests (minimum, adults or youth) and include everything listed above. Additional guest may be added for $25 each. Party supplies such as hats, blowers, and gift bags can be arranged courtesy of Lippman's Party Supply for an additional fee. Sorry, no outside food or drink is allowed in party rooms. Extra time in the party room is based on availability, and subject to an additional fee.
Birthday party reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party package at the time of reservation. Final guest counts and the remaining balance are due two weeks prior to party date. Show tickets for guests added after the initial reservation are subject to availability and it may not be possible to seat additional guests with the rest of the party. NWCT is unable to hold any birthday party reservations without a deposit.
