Where Your Money Goes

Northwest Children’s Theater and School receives 65-75% of its income from ticket sales and tuition.  Charitable foundations, corporations and individuals help us to fill the gap with donations that support NWCT’s award-winning programs.  These donations underwrite the full scope of NWCT’s artistic and educational programming, and are occasionally identified to support a particular project or capital improvement.

Auditions

Beauty & the BeastNWCT’s casting process begins each year with Season Auditions, where over 400 performers are seen for consideration for the next season of NWCT programming, including Mainstage casts and Second Stage programs.

Our ticketing system and patron database operates on a secure server, and our administrators, directors and instructors treat all internal documents with care and discretion. As we strive to keep pace with the integration of electronic communication in all sectors, we are also careful to ensure consistent, informative, friendly contact with patrons.
